Keep it short and purposeful
Rain walks can be half the usual distance. Sniffing still counts. So does a brisk loop that gets legs moving without a 40-minute soak.
Kit that actually helps
- A coat for short-haired or elderly dogs if they hate wet
- A towel by the door before you leave, not after you remember
- Reflective gear when the sky goes prematurely dark
Surfaces
